Who We Are

We acquire established American businesses and hold them for the long term.

We are a private investment firm focused on permanent ownership. We partner with the founders and operators of strong, profitable companies, provide patient capital, and stay invested for decades rather than quarters. We are not a traditional private equity fund. We do not buy to sell.

Our Approach

Three principles guide everything we do.

Permanent capital

We invest with no intention of selling. The companies we partner with don’t have a clock running on them.

Operating partners on every deal

We pair our capital with a vetted industry expert who knows the business from the inside out. Capital and operating expertise are different skills.

Stewardship over speed

We protect what’s working. We don’t strip, flip, or rebuild what already runs well.

Why Glenmoore

A different kind of buyer.

Most private equity is built around exits. Funds raise money, deploy it, and have five to seven years to return it. Every company they buy is on borrowed time.

Glenmoore is built differently. We invest patient capital alongside operators who care about what gets built next, not what gets sold next. For founders, employees, and customers, that means continuity. For our investors, it means compounding returns from durable businesses held for decades.

We are not in a hurry. We do not need to exit. And we choose our partners carefully, because we plan to be in business with them for a long time.

How We Work

Capital plus expertise, paired on every deal.

Every Glenmoore acquisition is led day-to-day by an operating partner with deep, hands-on experience in that specific industry. Our role is to source the right business, structure the deal, and provide long-term capital and governance. The operating partner’s role is to lead the company.

We believe this pairing matters. Generalist investors who try to run businesses they don’t understand usually disappoint everyone involved. Industry experts without capital partners often struggle to scale. Combining the two, deliberately and from day one, is how we build durable outcomes.

Glenmoore is also supported by a senior advisory panel with decades of combined experience in small and middle-market business acquisitions, providing guidance on sourcing, diligence, and post-close stewardship.
